John Franklin Cureton Jr., A.K.A. Tweeta, son of John Franklin Cureton Sr.and Betty Jo Jordan Cureton was born April 14,1958 in Union County. He entered into internal rest on January 1,2025 at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in passing by his fiancé, JoAnn Warren.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories, one Sister Jonetta Cureton of Wingate, NC, One brother, Robert Anderson of Monroe, NC, three nieces Amanda Cureton of Wingate, NC, Samantha Hood, Amanda Townsend (Chris) both of Monroe, NC; one nephew Dimitri Hood of Monroe, NC, and host of others relatives and friends.A very special friend, Susie Clayeor of Cleveland, Ohio.

A Public Viewing will be held at 12:00pm - 7:00pm on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Holland Funeral Service, 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC 28112.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, January 24, 2025 at Holland Funeral Service, 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC 28112.

Burial will follow at a local cemetery on Crowell Dairy Road in Fairview.
