James Bogar Witmore, 49, went to his heavily home on Monday May 9th 2022.
JB was born October 7, 1972 to the late Jesse and Sheila Witmore. He is also preceded in death by brothers Jeff Witmore and Andy Witmore also his in laws Bobby and Joyce Craig.
He is survived by his wife Michelle (Sassy); two daughters, Tyler (Jonathan) Haigler, Taylor (Garrett) Price. JB is also survived by his two precious grandsons Carson and Mason Haigler with a special delivery due in Oct "Baby Price"; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews that he loved very much.
JB made friends everywhere he went and if you had JB for a friend you had a friend for life.
JB never got into hunting like his brother Jeff but he loved racing, fishing and visiting anywhere in the mountains.
He always had a special saying or quotes that you would find yourself using. He also could cook anything fit for a king to eat.
JB worked at Southern Concrete and Thomas Concrete starting out a driver working his way to become a dispatcher. He worked at Black's Tire in Monroe but ended his career doing what he loved to do working at NEP Contracting as a Heavy Machine Operator - he was one of the best.
There will not be a day that we will not miss JB's smiling face and his belly laughs.
The service will be Friday, May 13th at 6:00 at Holland Funeral Service of Monroe. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
