Mr. James Outen ,85, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025. He was born August 14, 1939 to the late Thelma Griffin.

He is survived by his loving wife Ruby Outen, sons, Jerry Outen, Tony Outen (Cynthia), grandchildren, Christopher Outen, Jordan Outen, Casey Outen, Carson Outen, Dalton Outen (Grace), Kiersten Outen,

In addition to his parents he is preceded in passing by his son, Michael Outen, sister, Ann Poplin, Pauline Pritchard, Betty McClellan, brothers, John Henry Outen, and Bobby Outen.
