James Lamont Huntley was born on Sunday October 29, 1978, to the late Willie James Jackson and Esther Huntley- Kirkley. He exchanged time for eternity on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

James Owned his own trucking company JLH Hauling. He was a diligent provider to his wife whom he treasured and adored so much.

James married Heather Boehke Huntley on January 3, 2005. Preceding in death his father Willie James Jackson, Brother-in-law Shawn Boehke, his cousin more like a brother Desmond Huntley. Those left to honor his legacy are his loving wife Heather Huntley, Son Jamal Huntley, Dog-daughter BELLA, one granddaughter Kynnedi Huntley, his mother Esther Kirkley (John), mother-in-law Zoe Robinson. Sister Regina Thomas (Mark), Brother Rico Barrino (Lanishia) and Sister-in-law Laura Kilgo (Ray), two aunts Mary Massey (Jeff), Lucinda Gibson (Michael) and one great aunt Kay Francis Sturdivant; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives.
