James Wade Hunter, 80 yrs old, passed away March 11, 2022 at Hospice House in Monroe, NC. He was born February 21, 1942 and was preceded in passing by his parents, James and Bessie Hunter. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Phyllis Hunter; one son, Jeff Hunter; one granddaughter, Cara (Nick) Krest; his special great-granddaughter, Harper Adams; his precious great-grandsons, Harlan Krest and Hayze Krest; one sister, Judy Moore of Matthews, NC; and many nieces an nephews. A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm, Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Holland Funeral Service. The family will recieve friends at Holland Funeral Service from 3:00pm until 3:45pm prior to the service. Holland Funeral Service is serving the Hunter Family.
