James Anthony D'Alo (May 19, 1970- January 18, 2021) passed away unexpectedly at the age of 50. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he moved to South Florida when he was a kid and lived there until he was 37. He then relocated to North Carolina with his family, where he spent the rest of his life.
He was young-at-heart, and had the biggest heart. If you ever found yourself short money at a gas station, Jim would pay for your gas to make sure you got home okay. If your car broke down, he would pull over to help you. If there was a deer stuck in the middle of the highway, he would stand in that highway to make sure that deer was not further injured. He was the type of person who would take the shirt off his back to help anyone in need.
Jim would do anything he could to help others. He was a very successful car salesman, and was great at what he did because of his charisma. He was funny and smart, and very down to earth. He kept in touch with his customers, because he always wanted to be there for them whenever he was needed. For him, his job didn't end when he left work.
He loved watching old movies and listening to classic rock. In his free time, he enjoyed going to old car shows, hanging out with friends, and fixing old cars. He had a knack for Mustangs, specifically foxbodies. He knew everything there was to know about cars and had one day dreamt of opening his own dealership.
He leaves behind his mother, three siblings, and his daughter Isabel. He will be missed dearly by all, as he touched many hearts in his unfortunately short lifetime.
He is now with God in Heaven, and now gets to rest at peace with his other family members that have passed, such as his father and grandparents who he loved immensely.
