Henry is survived by his daughter, Addison Phifer; son, Logan Hill; significant other, Karen Hill; parents, Rita and Rick Freeman; sisters, LeAnn Polk (Andy), Shannon Wright (Larry); nephews, A.J. Polk (Abby), Hunter Polk (Hannah); nieces, Sylina Swiger, Lahna Wright; great nephew, Kase Polk; and father, Ronnie Phifer (Brenda).
Henry was preceded in passing by his maternal grandparents, Gradon and Geneva Helms; and paternal grandparents, Allen and Kathryn Phifer.
