Eric Ben Thomas, 70, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021. He was born February 19, 1951 to the late Howard Thomas and Betty Hilton Thomas. He is also preceded in passing by his beloved wife of 47 years, Nancy Sue Thomas. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Eric leaves behind to cherish his memories, his daughter, Erica Thomas Furr (Joshua); grandchildren, Matthew Furr, Nevaeh Furr, and Abel Furr; sisters, Marlene Love (Douglas), and Anita Thomas; and many other special family members and friends. Eric took pride in his hobbies whether it be wood working, hunting, or fishing. Eric was a devoted husband and cherished every moment he was able to spend with his beloved wife, Sue. He loved teaching and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
