Mr. Dennis Franklin Brantley, Sr., 69, of Marshville, NC, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Thursday, June 20, 2024. He was the son of the late James Lloyd Brantley and Frances Elizabeth Williams Brantley. He is also preceded in death by his only sibling Jimmy Brantley.

Dennis married Becky on March 12,1976 after only dating for three months. He worked at McGee Brothers as a supervisor and loved every minute of it. He would say "Its never a job if you love it". Dennis never met a stranger. Everyone that knew him loved him. He was an extremely giving and generous person. Dennis enjoyed reading his Bible and loved Jesus.

Dennis is survived by his wife Becky Brantley; a daughter Shannon Brantley-Harrington (Cam); two sons Dennis Franklin Brantley, Jr. (Tiffany) and Dustin Williams Brantley (Jecelyn); eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Dennis touched are welcome to the cemetery at Fairfield Community Baptist Church, 3129 NC-205, Marshville NC 28103, to remember and grieve Dennis's home going to heaven on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 10:00AM.
