Brent Deaton, 34, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away November 14, 2023. He was born August 15, 1989, to Allen and Kathy Deaton. Brent will always be remembered for his smart, funny, and witty personality. He was a man who loved his family deeply and could always be relied on to be the protector of the family. He also knew how to be brutally honest when needed. In addition to the rest of his family, he cherished being able to take care of his mom and mawmaw. Brent loved his cat, Apollo, drinking Dr. Pepper, shoes, watches, and collecting rocks. Brent was truly loved by everyone that knew him and he will be greatly missed.

Services will be held from the graveside at 1:00pm on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Lakeland Memorial Park Cemetery, 1901 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.

Brent is preceded in passing bis his PawPaw, Reid Starnes.

Those left behind to cherish his memories are his parents, Kathy and Allen Deaton, sisters, Ashley, and Marissa; his MawMaw, Bernice Starnes, three nephews, Paxton, Grady, and Onyx; and numerous other special family members and friends.
