David Bolick, age 85, passed away peacefully at his home in Monroe, NC, surrounded by his loved ones on Monday February 8, 2021. David was born in Bakersville, NC to John Richard and Mary Ellen Bolick. He was a devoted and loving son, husband, brother, father, friend, and Paw Paw to his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mr. Bolick is preceded in death by his wife, Rosemarie Bolick, his nine siblings, and his beloved parents. He is survived by his children, Karen Bolick Greene (Timothy Greene) of Huntersville, Sonya Bolick Hughes (David Hughes) of Lincolnton and Robert Bolick (Terrie Bolick) of Monroe, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. The family of Mr. Bolick will honor his request to be cremated and a private ceremony will be held in Marion, NC with his family.
