Mr. Clayton J. Polk 67, son of the late Wheeler J. Polk and Daisy Duncan, passed away May 8, 2021 at PruittHealth - Rockingham. Funeral services will be held from the graveside on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 2:30pm at Hillcrest Cemetery in Monroe, NC. A public viewing will be held at the cemetery one hour prior to the service. Holland Funeral Service is serving the Polk Family. He is survived by his sons: Clayton O'Neal Polk of Polkton, NC and Tevin Vance Polk of Charlotte, NC; daughter, Janet D. Polk of Baltimore, MD; brothers: Ray Duncan, Larry Polk, and James Polk all of Monroe, NC, Bruce Polk (Mary) of Mt. Croghan, Archie Polk of Salisbury, NC, Gary Polk, and Grady Polk both of Charlotte, NC; sisters: Joyce Blakeney, Betty Polk, and Marie Polk all of Monroe, NC, and 3 grandchildren.
