Scott Connor, of Waxhaw, NC, passed away suddenly on November 15, 2025 at the age of 64 leaving behind a legacy of strength, love, laughter and friendship. Born in Philadelphia, PA on November 5, 1961, he was the son of Albert J. Connor and Helen M. Connor. He is survived by his mother Helen, his 4 children, Josh Connor, Kaity Kokkalemada (Akhil), Ashley Hardin (Christopher) and Ryan Connor and Denise Connor mother of Ashley and Ryan. He is also survived by his Sisters Anne Connor and sons Sean Megnin (Kristina) children Alex and Michael and Evan Megnin (Amalia); Barbara Hearle (John) sons Brady and Bodie and Liz Burger (Chris) children Jacob and Lexi and his brother Michael Connor (Kim) and son Austin Connor. He is predeceased by his Father Albert J Connor. Scott was a proud graduate of Lynchburg College in Virginia. Early in his career Scott was a Regional Sales Manager with Sharp Electronics, before spending 24 years with Toshiba as a District Sales Manager and for the past 4 years he worked as a Regional Sales Manager for First Citizens Bank. He was an excellent salesman and was often rewarded as the top performing sales manager at his respective companies. Scott deeply loved his children and his family. He enjoyed coaching his son in soccer! He loved to read and he loved trivia…no one could ever beat him! Scott loved football…the NY Jets and the TN Volunteers! But his favorite sport was golf! While he did not golf very often, with career and family obligations, he had 4 holes in one and once won a convertible car from a hole in one! He was looking forward to retirement and playing more golf, but he laid down for a nap and never awoke. We pray that his soul is at rest and that he is at peace. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 30th from 12-2 at Holland Funeral Home in Monroe, NC.
