Caleb Daniel Simmons age 27, went to be with our Lord and Savior on February 9, 2021. Caleb was a handsome, wonderful, thoughtful young man who had a "Servants Heart". Caleb attended Christian Schools through 8th grade, then completed his education in public high school. He loved sports and was very good at them!! He played basketball from ages 5 to 12 in a Christian league and was a forward and goalie on his soccer team all through high school. Caleb loved the Lord and it showed in all the service work and ministries he did while attending First Assembly of God Church in Ocala, Florida. He went on mission trips, sang in the youth choir, acted in the yearly production of "The Gospel According to Scrooge" play each Christmas, was a youth leader in his youth group and did local mission work for those who were less fortunate than himself. Caleb is survived by his mother, Susan Simmons of Florida; his uncle, Robert Fulbright and his wife Michelle Wang, Aunt and their daughters Alicia and Anna Fulbright all of New York; his sister, Lauren Eva Ernsberger of Florida; along with a large extended family of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Caleb was preceded in passing by his father, David M. Fulbright; and grandmother, Virginia B. Fulbright. A memorial service will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, February 19, 2021 at Resurrection Church, 2940 Commonwealth Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205.
