August R. Hubbard Jr., 43, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021. He was born November 22, 1977 to Gerrie Lynn Moore. August is also preceded in passing by his maternal grandparents, Carl and Jeannette Hanson of Prince Georges Co., MD; paternal grandparents, Raymond and Rosemary Klinger of Hyattsville, MD; uncles, Carl A. Hanson of Greenville, NC, and William A. Hanson of Calvert Co., MD; aunt, Linda I. Armger of Greenville, NC. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. August is survived by his parents, Gerrie and Paul Moore of Marston, NC; brother, Jeremiah Hubbard of Prince Georges Co., MD; uncle, Jimmy Armger of Calvert Co., MD; and several special cousins all over the East Coast. August had a kind heart. He would truly do anything for anyone. He loved his family, and children, and he loved his truck. August was a reinactor for the Fifth Virginians. He loved learning all about the Civil War. He was also a pure and pure Redskin's Fan. Everything he owned was Redskin's themed. August loved NASCAR. He would take any opportunity to visit the tracks. He even loved visiting the NASCAR museums. August had a deep love for animanls and camping. August had two cats that he loved dearly. August enjoyed many things in his life, and will be cherished in the hearts of all those who knew and loved him. Holland Funeral Service is serving the Hubbard Family.
