My name is Raelynn and I am the daughter of Thomas and Amber Moscuzza. I was born January 7, 2016 and passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on February 14, 2025.  I hope to be remembered for my infectious smile and laugh. Butterflies were my absolute favorite thing, I always loved how bright and beautiful they were. Next time you see a butterfly cross your path, please think of me fondly and allow yourself to smile.

In addition to my parents, I leave behind my siblings, Kailey, Russell and Aubrey. I also leave behind my maternal grandparents, Raye Laney (Lisa), Stacy Eudy (Brent), and Jennifer Kelley; paternal grandparents, Victor Moscuzza (Lisa), and Lynn Massey (Randy); maternal great-grandparents, Nancy Brookbank, and Danny Hughes (Donna); paternal great-grandparents, Russell and Kay Carnes; aunts, Kirsta Laney, Kaitlyn Laney, Erica Greene (Chris), Kelcie Moscuzza, Carley Moscuzza, Hannah Alverson, and Heather Younginer (Steven); uncles, Brandon Laney (Karlie), Anthony Merlin, Aaron McWhorter, and Matthew Alverson; and so many loved cousins, friends, and other family members.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, February 17, 2025 at Holland Funeral Service, 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 12:00pm until 1:45pm.  In honor of Raelynn, the family requests that all in attendance to please wear your brightest colors.

To My Daughter,

You were loved by a community of people who cherished your smile and big heart. You were a wonderful big sister and friend who wasn't scared to show your sassiness. You gave us a purpose and made us understand love in its purest, most vulnerable form. You'll always be in our hearts and we will carry you with us every step. It's not goodbye, it's see you later.
