Mrs. Gaddy was born in Chesterfield County, SC on November 20, 1939 to the late Dora Belle Teele and Monroe Mills. A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 17, 2017 at Lakeland Memorial Park with Art Maddill and Rev. Roger Nance officiating. Mrs. Gaddy is survived by her husband; James Charles Gaddy, sons; Charles Ray Gaddy (Glenda) of Wingate, Christopher Jason Gaddy (Sherri) of Wingate, brother; Leland Mills (Gloria) of Ruby, SC, and her grandchildren Matthew M.
