Ms. Lorraine Helms, 87, passed away March 12, 2020. Ms. Helms was born in Union County, NC on February 1, 1933 to the late Clara and Brice Williams. A visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 12:45 PM Monday, March 16, 2020 at Corinth Baptist Church. A service to celebrate the life of Ms. Helms will be held at 1:00 PM in the Church Sanctuary. Burial will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lynn Melton (Mike); granddaughter, Megan Thomas; great-grandchildren, Brady Baker, Thomas Baker, Gracyn Baker, Elizabeth Melton, and Patricia Mullis. In addition to her parents Ms. Helms was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Helms, and husband, Brooks Medlin; and son David Helms. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
