Lemuel Samuel Belk III passed away June 8, 2020. Sam was born in Charlotte, NC on February 6, 1965 to Lemuel Samuel Belk Jr. and Naomi Ruth Crump Belk. A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 12:45 PM at Blakely's Funeral Service. A service to celebrate his life will follow at 1:00 PM in the Blakely chapel. Burial will be held immediately following the service.� Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Andrew Belk, Samuel Perkins, and Kirby Belk; daughter, Madison Maynor; mother, Naomi Crump Belk; brothers, Bryon Belk, Donald Belk, Edward Belk (Rosita); sisters, Nina Winston, and Victoria Hatley (Todd); and 4 grandsons.� Sam was preceded in death by father Lemuel Samuel Belk Jr. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.���
