Dateline: Waxhaw, NC �Kevin Walter Gerwitz, 53, passed away unexpectedly August 14, 2016 at home. Kevin was born on October 18, 1962 to Lanny Gerwitz and Sandra Slusser Mullis. Kevin proudly served his country in the United States Army. �A memorial service to honor Kevin's life will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Terrell Baptist Church, 4146 Slanting Bridge Rd, Sherrills Ford, NC 28673. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the church sanctuary. A memorial service will begin at 6:15 PM. After the memorial service a meal will be provided in the fellowship hall. �Kevin is survived by his loving wife Victoria P.
