� Judy Ann Wiggins, 75, of Monroe, NC, went to her heavenly home and joined her grandson on�March 25, 2018. She was born in Swain County, North Carolina to the late Harley and Vonnie Merritt on November 16, 1942.� She leaves behind her loving husband of 51 years, William Vance Wiggins; son, William Michael Wiggins and his wife Cristina�of Monroe; daughter, Lori Wiggins of Monroe; and grand-daughter, Tristyn Wiggins. Along with her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her grandson, Jesse William Wiggins. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
