� Janice Ruth Hornback Faulkner, 69, passed away April 25, 2018.�Janice was born in Anson County, NC on April 15, 1949 to the late James Risden Hornback and Vera Ina Thomas Hornback. A service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Austin Grove Baptist Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2:00 PM. Janice is survived by her son Jack Lee Faulkner (Abby); daughter, Erika James Peterson (Jim); brother, Joel Hornback; sisters, Carol Carpenter, Lib Beachum; and grandchildren, James Shawn Peterson and Jacob Landon Peterson. Along with her parents, James and Vera� Hornback, Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffery Lee Faulkner; and brothers, Ronnie Sherrill Hornback and James Richard Hornback.
