Dennis Raymond Wheeler, 80, passed away September 10, 2019. Dennis was born on July 9, 1939 in Erie, NY to the late Wilbur and Ethel Gesek Wheeler. A Funeral Mass will be held September 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM in St. Lukes Catholic Church of Mint Hill. A visitation will be an hour prior to the service from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM. Dennis is survived by Patricia Wheeler; sons, John Wheeler(Lisa), Gregory Wheeler; daughter, Patty Hazeltine (Dana); brother, Jim Wheeler (Kathy); grandchildren, Ian Wheeler, Dana Hazeltine, Megan Hazeltine, Benjamin Wheeler; great-grandchildren, Chloe Wheeler, and Fiona Wheeler. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Clark, Lawrence; and sisters, Carol, and0 Marilyn. Holland Funeral Service and Crematory is caring for the Wheeler family.
