David Anthony Moore, also known as "Big Mo" passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 30, 2018. David was born in Charleston, WV on�November 11, 1958.� The family will be meeting at Holland Funeral Service in Monroe, NC�at 12:30 PM on Saturday, October 6, 2018 to ride motorcycles together to the church. Anyone who would like to join them is welcome. Kick stands up at 1:00 PM to go to Freedom Biker Church in Monroe, NC. The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 PM prior to the service.��A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Freedom Biker Church in Monroe, NC. Immediately following the service, the family would like to ask everyone to join them for a covered dish meal at the church.�� Dave�is survived by his wife, Chastity Penegar Moore; his�son Jason B. Moore; his�daughter Kalee Jene Moore; his step-son Caleb Penegar; his parents Elmer F. Moore (Peg) and his mother Dora Moore; his brothers, Joseph A. Moore, Phillip W. Moore, David F. Moore; his sister, Deborah A. Grimm; and several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.� Dave was a 1977 graduate of Buckhannon Upshur High School. He played football (#77), wrestling, drama club, and track. In 2007 Dave found a new way of living through the grace of God and his fellowship with AA, where he remained a very active member in good standing. He was a member of Freedom Biker Church in Monroe, NC.� David loved riding motorcycles, his wife, children, and his tomcat Tom. He loved helping people. He was known as a "doer".
