David Marshall Lee, a beloved son, brother, and caregiver, passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 32. Born on December 17, 1993, in Monroe, North Carolina, David was known for his loving and selfless nature, always ready to help anyone in need and consistently putting others before himself.

In David’s professional life he served as a security guard at Berry Global, where he was respected for his diligence and commitment. In addition to his career, he took on the role of caregiver to his father, demonstrating his devotion to family and willingness to support loved ones through challenges.

David's interests were diverse, encompassing outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting, as well as spending time indoors playing video games. He found joy in cooking for his family, often bringing them together around the dinner table. David was also a devoted pet owner, sharing his life with three cherished dogs: Taya, Chloe, and Fluffy.

He is survived by his mother, April Ann Lee; his father, James Henry Lee Jr.; and his brothers, Jason Andrew Lee and James Robert Lee (Rebecca Sipes). David's family is further enriched by his nephews, James Marshall Lee and Eddie Wayne Lee. His grandmother, Delores Gail Mullis, also remains to carry on his memory.

David was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Owen Mullis, and his paternal grandparents, Betty Ann Booth Lee and James Henry Lee Sr. The legacy of David Marshall Lee will endure in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him, leaving behind memories filled with love, laughter, and unwavering kindness.
