David Michael Faulkenberry, 35, passed away August 3, 2019. David was born in Rock Hill, SC on June 5, 1984 to Ken and Denise Chambers Faulkenberry. David is survived by his father Ken Faulkenberry (Hope Williams) of Lancaster, SC; brother, Bryan Faulkenberry (Tiffany) and their children Landon and Brantley of Pageland, SC; paternal grandmother, Katherine Faulkenberry. David was preceded in death by his mother, Denise Chambers Faulkenberry; paternal grandfather, Robert Faulkenberry; and maternal grandparents, Hunter and Betty Chambers.
