Cynthia Parker Rowell, 87, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2026. Born on May 12, 1939, Cynthia was the daughter of the late, Clarence Odell Parker and Loudell Houston Parker.

Cynthia enjoyed shopping and traveling with her friends. She cherished spending time with those she loved and created many happy memories throughout her life.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in passing by her loving husband, David Earl Rowell, son, Samuel Parker St. Andre’, sisters, Loris Jean Parker and Carol Parker Graham.

She is survived by her children, Paul St.Andre’ Jr. (Donley) of Tyler TX, Cheri Smith (Shelton) of Monroe NC, Carol St. Andre’ of San Antonio TX, Stephen Dale St. Andre’(Erica) of Davis CA, and David Rowell Jr. (Lynn) of Lancaster SC, grandchildren, Shanna, Sylena, Kristin, Kasey, Kandice, Alex, Daniella, Manuel, Ceci, Cameron, Matthew, Aaron, Catie, Lauren and 14 great grandchildren who will miss her greatly.

A Funeral service was held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 1:00pm at Holland Funeral Service, located at, 806 Circle Drive Monroe, NC 28112. The burial was held privately.
