Mr. Shoupe is survived by his sons Charlie Dean Shoupe, Devon Kirk, daughters; Tara Kirk, Amber Kirk, sister; Vikki Shoupe, grandchildren; Aubrey Francois, Kaysen Kirk, John Jr. Watts, and best friends Steven Wilhelm, and Wanda Kirk.
