Charles Franklin "Chuck" Moore, 60, passed away December 20, 2018. Chuck was born in Charlotte, NC on August 21, 1958 to the late Cyrus and Parrie Altman Moore. Chuck was a talented musician and played in a band during his younger years. He spent most of his career later in life in the plumbing trade. Chuck was an avid UNC fan and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He loved the lord and was a member of Hamilton Crossroads Baptist Church. A visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM Wednesday, December 26th, 2018. A service to celebrate his life will be held following the visitation at 3:00 PM. Surviving are his daughter's, April Moore, Holly Evans (Michael); grandchildren, Hannah Evans, Brayden Weekly, Josey Weekly, and Hadley Evans. In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his brothers, Roger and Jimmy Cowick; and sister, Lori Cowick. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
