Carolyn Ann Pittman, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2026. Born on October 27, 1941, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Carolyn’s life was characterized by her unwavering dedication to service, faith, and family.

As a woman of faith, Carolyn was a longtime member of Midwood Baptist Church in Charlotte. Professionally, Carolyn devoted her career to nursing as a nurse assistant, a role she embraced with compassion and care until her retirement. Above all else, she loved her family and cherished every moment they all were able to spend together. Carolyn will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

 Carolyn was preceded in passing by her beloved husband in 2002, whose memory she held dear. 

Carolyn is survived by her children, Bob Pittman (Marsha), Cathy Stuart (Travis), and Michelle Harper (James); grandchildren, Cameron and Taylor Pittman; Jody Joyner (Ashley), Brooke Keziah, Konrad and Grant Lincoln, Bryson Pittman, and Cason Joyner; great-grandchildren, Brody and Brynley Joyner; Riley, Layla, Bailey, and Liam Keziah.
