Bruce Michael Hoff, 70, passed away June 15, 2020. Bruce was born on October 22, 1949 in Hialeah, Florida to the late Karl Michael Hoff and Louise Moss Hoff. A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 2:00pm at the family's home. Bruce was always taking part in keeping the streets clean, especially with the Cabarrus Neighbors. Bruce loved nature; he was a wildlife activist. Bruce led an interesting career path working with interesting celebrities at a hotel chain before beginning his career in telecommunication as a union representative for Southern Bell; then onto a role as a Telecom Engineer before settling into Charlotte as a Network Reliability Manager. Bruce's skills were heavily utilized for E-911 and many other emergency response services still in use today. Bruce is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Joan Lorraine Hoff, his sons, Michael Hoff, Jay Hoff (Lorrie), Ryan Hoff (Kristina); daughter, Dawn Hoff; brother, Karl Hoff; sister, Sandy Hoff; grandchildren, Brian Hoff, Joshua Hoff, Kevin Hoff, Kate Price, and Ashley Price.
