Brenden Connor O’Donnell,18 passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. A very much loved Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew and Cousin, dear to many friends, family and co-workers. He is survived by his Mother Jennifer Rose O’Donnell, Father James Gerard O’Donnell and Brother Tyler Brenden O’Donnell. Born in Staten Island, New York and moved to North Carolina with his family where he lived his childhood and young adult years.

Brenden had a passion for playing soccer, airsofting, swimming and all outdoor activities, at times believing he was a chef. His favorite sport teams were the New York Yankees and the New York Rangers, he loved his community and school. He attended Parkwood High School in Monroe NC where he was a Cadet and leader for the JROTC program and graduated June 2026, with future plans to serve in the Air Force.

Brenden touched lives no matter where he went or worked. Everyone that knew him all said the same thing and knew him to be a handsome, kind, smart, loving and talented young man.

He will always be remembered as a compassionate, kind, loving son and brother, someone who always had a ‘joke’ , a fantastic sense of humor that would put a smile on everyone's face. A loving friend that would do anything for you, a caring leader always willing to help others. The most motivated, hard working man you could imagine. His gentle way and soul will forever be cherished and missed.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 08, 2026 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, at Holland Funeral Service, located at, 806 Circle Drive Monroe, NC 28112.
