Brenda Sue Rivers, 76, passed away April 19, 2019. Brenda was born in Union County, NC on June 5, 1942 to the late Jeff Hyatt and Bertha Mae Harkey. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM, Wednesday April 24, 2019 at Back to Bethel Baptist Church Monroe, NC. She is survived by her daughter, Debra Reeve (William) and her sister Rebecca Laney. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Julian Rivers; her sisters, Jessie Mae Pressley, Barbara Ann Wade; and her brother, Bud Hyatt. Holland Funeral Service and Crematory is serving the family.
