Bobby Ray Parks Sr. passed away November 23, 2019. A service to celebrate his life will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 3:00 PM in New Haven Baptist Church, 9270 Taxahaw Road, Jefferson, SC 29718. Mr. Parks will be remembered as a caring husband and father. He is survived by his son, Bobby Ray Parks, Jr.; daughter, Teresa Martin; grandchildren, Jacob Parks, Heather Ocasio (Matthew), Jay Martin, and Nolan Martin. Mr. Parks was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lucy Rollings Parks. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
