Bernice Kay Bullers , 71, passed away September 17, 2018. Bernice was born in Jefferson, Pennsylvania on May 12, 1947 to the late Edward and Mabel Rishel. Mrs. Bernice is survived by her husband Daniel Bullers; her sons, Bradley Bullers (Sherry), Christopher Bullers (Stacey), Marcus Bullers (Ashley); her brother, Gary Rishel; her grandchildren, Zackary Bullers (Deborah), Max Bullers, Sam Bullers, Isaiah Glenn; and a great grandchild Claudia Bullers.� In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Harold Rishel and a sister Viola Manges.
