Barbara Diane Sims Jenkins, 68, passed away December 7, 2018. Ms. Jenkins was born�in Lancaster County, SC, on June 29, 1950 to the late John Wesley Sims�and Hazel Lee Furr Sims. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 AM�Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Forest Hills Baptist Church in Monroe with Rev. Neal Workman officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Ms. Jenkins is survived by her sons,� Rev. John Jenkins (Christy), and�Brad Jenkins; brother, Richard Allen Sims; grandchildren, Warren Jenkins, Heather Huff, Tylar Carpenter, Brooke Carpenter; and great-grandchild, Sophia Grace Huff. �In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Hall Jenkins; brothers, Terry Sims, Michael Sims, Mark Sims;�and�sister, Marge Pope.
