Arlene Delores Smith, 92, passed away, December 29, 2016. Ms. Smith was born on August 11, 1924 to the late Lynn and Elizabeth Perkins. A service to celebrate the life of Ms. Smith will be held at a later date. Ms. Smith is survived by her son William Smith (Phyllis) of Monroe, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
